Securely place your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

Ship the Package

Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for reference.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
